International Golf Realty, located in the World Golf Village area was founded in 2003. Since that time, we have grown into a full service organization, complete with residential property management divisions,  sales and property maintenance.

Our Leasing Agents/Property Managers are all designated PRM”s – Professional Residential Manager. The PRM designation is awarded to candidates that complete a 28 hour course through The Florida Association of Residential Managers. They are also members of The National Association of Property Managers (NARPM), The Northeast Florida Association of Property Managers (NEFARPM) and The Florida Association of Property Managers (FARPM).
