Maryse “Mo” Hotchkiss is International Golf Realty’s President and Broker. Mo grew up in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia and graduated from the University of Richmond with a double major. As a tennis professional, out of college, Mo honed her skills in customer service and operations by starting out as a tennis pro and working her way up to General Manager in Club Operations for a Real Estate Developer in both Virginia and Florida. She has managed 3 different Country Clubs, including starting one from the ground up into one of the most successful clubs in North East Florida. As her interest started to grow in creating her own company, she was fortunate enough to start a rental and golf package business that has grown exponentially in the last 10 years. She has a passion for excellence and customer service. She is married and lives in Jacksonville Beach and the mother of two adult children.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia Crickett resides in Palencia in St. Augustine with her husband. Their three grown children live in Richmond, Baltimore and Los Angeles. After attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Interior Design, Crickett continued her education at Marshall University to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree. While at Marshall she played competitive college tennis and later became a member of a nationally rated USTA league.
Crickett has spent many year of her career in residential/corporate design, as well as residential real estate. Previous to making real estate and property management her career she was transferred to Jacksonville where she became the Florida and Georgia Sales Manager for a design division of a national company. Present and previous memberships have included ASID (American Society of Interior Design), IIDA (International Interior Design Association, Board Member), NEFAR (Northeast Florida Association of Realtors), FARPM (Florida Association Residential Property Managers), RESA (Real Estate Staging Association, Secretary). Ruth Patterson joined International Golf Realty as Property Management Coordinator and Business Development . Ruth grew up in Alabama where she received a Masters Degree at Auburn University. She moved to Jacksonville in 1979 so she considers herself to be very knowledgeable of the area. She is also the parent of two adult children who both attended and graduated from St. Johns County public schools.
Ruth received her real estate license from the Florida Real Estate Institute and has experience in both residential and commercial areas of real estate. Ruth¹s goal is to satisfy both the property owner and the tenant by paying attention to details and follow-up.
Marilyn Golden – Realtor
Marilyn Golden became a Realtor immediately following her move to Florida in 2002, and received her Broker Associate status in 2004. Marilyn grew up in California where she attended college, has six siblings, and resides near the beach with her husband, Michael. Her oldest son, Alec just completed his first year of college with an interest in engineering. Zachary, is a senior and on the Nease football team. Marilyn and Michael are active leaders at Journey Church, and was instrumental in the church start in 2007.
Having founded and successfully operated a contracting company in California for seven years, Marilyn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of property management, construction, and repairs including, plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning. Her recent Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Designation further allows her to help distressed home-owners sell their properties, and avoid foreclosure.

She has 3 children who attend Clay County schools and participate actively in sports and activities throughout the area. Cyndi attended the University of Florida and her background is in sales, marketing, and accounting. She uses her organizational skills and attention to detail to keep the office running smoothly. She enjoys being part of a great team.

Anna was born and raised in West Virginia where her grandparents emigrated from Czechoslovakia but, Pittsburgh, Pa is where she calls home. Anna worked for over 18 years as an executive travel consultant planning travel for The Steelers, The Pens, The Pitt Panthers, The Pirates and Westinghouse CSX and other large corporations. She also worked as a travel writer for a ski and Caribbean wholesaler for several years and has traveled extensively throughout the US, Caribbean and Europe. When Anna got laid off from the travel business in 2005, she successfully owned and operated two retail eBay drop off businesses in WV and OH. After her son enrolled in College, she decided to move to beautiful St. Augustine and start a new chapter in her life, as well as an exciting new career in Real Estate. Anna also serves as a board member for St. Francis House, raising funds and awareness for the homeless and working poor. She loves to sail, skydive, Bungee jump, and do gourmet cooking in her spare time. She has over 24 years experience in superb customer service and look forward to serving her customers with trust, loyalty, honesty and service that they can count on.
