Samara Lakes is a fast growing community in the World Golf Village area of Northeast St. Johns
County (St. Augustine FL) off of Pacetti Rd. Upon completion, Samara Lakes will feature over 800 homes, and is the most affordable new home community in the area. Samara Lakes is community exclusive to only KB homes. One of the prime attractions to the community is the brand new Pacetti Bay Middle School located directly in front of Samara Lakes entrance! In addition, Samara Lakes is the only new home community in the entire World Golf Village Area without a “CDD” Fee, and the residents enjoy association fees that are less than half of the cost of almost every other community in the area.
