Sevilla is a community located right off of I-95 and International Golf Parkway. Sevilla is in the World Golf Village area, directly across from the main entrance, but is not part of World Golf Village itself.

Sevilla has a resort style swimming pool and a playground. It borders I-95 to it’s east, and SR 16 to the west. There is not an entrance on SR 16, however, if there was it would come out right beside Murabella and the King and the Bear.

Sevilla is located in Northern St. Johns County in the 32092 zip code and officially carries a St. Augustine address. Sevilla is located halfway between St. Augustine and Jacksonville. It is conveniently located five minutes north of the outlet mall district off of I-95 and SR 16, five minutes south of the 210 Corridor, and 10 minutes south of the Duval County line.

Sevilla is a community with single family homes.
