Return Policy Terms

 

CREDIT CARDS:  RENTER is required to provide a valid credit card prior to occupancy to protect against damage to the rental property or for RENTERS unpaid charges.  Renter/guest acknowledges and agrees this card on file may be charged if RENTER fails to pay rent, or for damage beyond normal wear and tear, or in the event contents are missing from rental unit while RENTERS are renting a property managed by AGENT.  It is understood this credit card or RENTERS security deposit will be charged for damage in the event RENTER causes damage to unit, the common elements or Owner’s belongings items are missing from the unit (including keys. remotes, etc.) after RENTERS vacate, or in the event RENTER fails to pay rent or fees as agreed.  RENTER will be notified of any amounts charged to RENTERS credit card.

 

SECURITY DEPOSITS and DAMAGE WAIVER FEES: A refundable security deposit may be required by AGENT.  This deposit may be used by AGENT for payments due after the RENTER vacates the premises.  Any remaining balance shall be refunded within 30 days.  GUEST may be required to pay an $89 Damage Waiver fee prior to occupancy to cover unintentional losses to the property for up to $1500.  This fee is non-refundable and is not for intentional damages or destruction of property, or missing items, or for any violations, such as smoke odor.

 

CANCELLATIONS:  Long term stay 30 days or longer that are cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start of stay will receive 100% refund.  Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.  Subject to change based on individual property and seasons.
