Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this unit has elevator access it is not ADA compliant. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use.

We love animals, but the owner is allergic, so we have a strict no pet policy. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. For access to The Residences amenities, the association must receive copies of all drivers’ licenses, signed resort agreement and covid forms at least 7-days in advance. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list, so please make sure we have a copy of your driver’s license on file for prior HOA approval. Also, all over-night guests must be added prior to arrival. On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions.
